Founder's Day 2013 - Piscitiello, Speck and Bilden honored
Saint Mary’s presented awards to three Christian Brothers, a faculty member, a Lasallian educator and two outstanding seniors at its Founder’s Day celebration Tuesday, April 9. 



Branford Marsalis honored by SMU
Brandford Marsalis, renowned Grammy Award-winning saxophonist, Tony Award-nominated composer and former "Tonight Show" bandleader, received an honorary doctorate March 26 from Saint Mary's. Dr. Donna Aronson (Vice President for Academic Affairs) and Brother William presented the honorary degree.

First-Generation Stories: Ibrahim

Ibrahim began his life as one of Africa’s lost children, like so many others. He was born in Freetown, Sierra Leone, and cannot remember life with his birth parents. They were murdered in the country’s violent civil war when he was four years old, a time of horror in his young life, blocked from memory.
